Annet Mahendru
Mahendru a Russian Indian mother is born in Afghanistan. She is fluent in German, Russian and English and also French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father and mother of a Russian mother. In her early teens, she created a choreography that earned her a slot on German television as a beautiful Russian snow maiden who transforms into a lively Indian dancer. Her high school graduation was at the age of 11 in New York and received a Bachelor of Arts in English at St. John's University. She took classes in acting at the HB Studios. She later went on to study improv comedy at the Groundlings School. She was born in Kabul Afghanistan to a Hindu-Indian father Ghanshan Ken Mahendru, and a Russian mother Olga. She was only 13 when parents separated. Her father moved the family to East Meadow New York. The role she played on FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is her most notable television appearance. Her most well-known role is the roles she has played on The Following on Fox, The Following & NBC's The Blacklist.
